The Kasitati Foundation was born from a journey—one marked by sacrifice, faith, resilience, and an unwavering belief in the power of legacy.
Our story begins with family. Like many immigrant and Pacific Islander families, our roots are grounded in faith, hard work, and the conviction that the next generation deserves greater opportunity.
In the early 1990s, our grandfather, Sione Kasitati, journeyed to the United States with little more than hope and determination, carrying a dream not just for himself, but for his children and the families who would come after him. As a sojourner in Texas, he walked alongside many families, shared meals, stories, struggles, and victories, and lived a life of quiet service and perseverance. His life taught us that success is not measured by wealth or status, but by the lives we impact and the values we pass on.
The Kasitati Foundation exists because we believe that legacy matters.
We were created with a heart for families, culture, and the next generation. We believe true success is more than titles or income—it is a life rooted in purpose, faith, character, and service. Our mission is to empower children, youth, and families by strengthening the mind, body, and spirit, and by providing opportunities that cultivate confidence, identity, and direction.
Through education, mentorship, creative storytelling, homeschool co-ops, counseling, entrepreneurship, and community programs, we create pathways for growth that honor both God and our cultural heritage. Our work is holistic by design—because a strong future is built when knowledge, character, faith, and practical life skills grow together.
We are especially committed to uplifting Pacific Islander communities, while also serving all families who share our values of faith, hard work, and generational legacy. We aim to bridge culture with opportunity, tradition with innovation, and wisdom with action.
At the heart of The Kasitati Foundation is a simple but powerful vision: to raise leaders who know who they are, where they come from, and what they are called to do—in their homes, their communities, and the world.
We exist to remind the overlooked, the underdogs, and the dreamers that their story matters. That their circumstances do not define their potential. And that with guidance, faith, and support, greatness is not only possible—it is within reach.
This is more than a foundation.
It is a calling.
It is a legacy in motion.
“We’re launching with Purpose, leaving Waves of Change.”
